Step size differences in charts between Kloudfuse and Grafana UIs

When rendering charts in Kloudfuse UI, we determine the rollup time intervals based on the overall timeframe that the chart renders. The Grafana UI uses both the time interval and the width of the chart that it renders. This is a known issue, and not an error in Kloudfuse.
